Park Rules

There is a two-vehicle or one-vehicle and one-trailer limit per site.

All other vehicles will need to Park in designated visitor parking areas.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OR BLOCK ANY OTHER SITES.

A sewer hose seal is required for all RV Sites with sewer hookup.

Do not push the sewer hose all the way down into the inlet, which will affect the flow from other sites and may cause a clogged line.

If you do not have a seal, the office has some available for purchase.

Children 14 and under must be supervised at all times.

Pool hours are 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Glass containers and loud music are prohibited in the fenced pool areas.

Quiet time hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

All visitors must leave the park by 11:00 pm.

The occupancy limit is 6 people per RV site, an additional starting at $ 30.00 per person/day will be charged if exceeded.

No car or tent Camping.

Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. This is strictly enforced.

No walking or driving through campsites.

Grills and firepits are provided for your convenience and are only for charcoal or wood-burning use.

A starting at $50.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if plastic, aluminum cans, cigarette butts, or trash is found in the firepit or grill.

Absolutely NO tent camping.

All boats, boat trailers, jet-ski, and/or side-side trailers must be parked in the overflow boat & trailer parking lot near the dumpsters.

Thursdays are for groundskeeping.

All decor, furniture, grills, and anything else on the grass on the site must be picked up every Wednesday evening.

If the groundskeeper is unable to care for the yard due to items such as toys, trash, vehicles, and trailers parked on the grass, a starting at $50.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Whitney Ridge Resort is a dog-friendly park.

For us to continue welcoming our four-legged Family members, please respect the following:

All dogs must always be on a leash and under the physical control of the owner.

There is a 2-dog limit per site.

Dogs must be supervised at all times and not left alone.

Please pick up after your pet.

Disposal bags may be purchased at the main office.

If any damage of WHITNEY RIDGE RESORT property including but not limited to cabins, RV’s, and/or land occurs from your pet, you will be charged a minimum fee starting at $ 300.00 or the equivalent of the damages incurred.

Pets must be kept off other people’s RV spaces.

Noisy, messy, destructive, or dangerous pets will be cause for immediate eviction.
